What is the difference between a ticket and a package?

Tickets include entry to the events. Packages also include accommodation at one of our hotels.

What does a VIP ticket include?

VIP Tickets offer guests access to separate fast-track queues to access events as well as access to the VIP areas and VIP bar within the events.

Do VIP tickets include Tables?

No, tables for each specific event can be booked separately at a later date. Tables will require a minimum spend agreement. VIP guests will be offered tables first and any remaining tables will then be offered to general admission guests.

What payment options are there?

You can opt to pay for your booking: 

- In one single payment.

- In an initial deposit (50%) and second subsequent balance payment.

- In a payment plan (valid for packages only), comprised of an initial deposit (25%) and 3 monthly payments.

- Via Klarna.

What hotels are included in the packages?

The 3 night packages offer 4* accommodation at Bora Bora Resort or Best Western Premier.

The 5 night packages offer 4* accommodation at Bora Bora Resort.

Tickets are non-refundable.

You can buy tickets/packages for others but will need to transfer the ticket to them before the event. This can be done once logged into your account (you create an account during checkout).

PDF Tickets will be sent a week prior to the event.

All events are 18+ and Government Identification will be required to redeem tickets.

If tickets/packages are purchased using a form of payment plan, any deposit or payments made will be lost if the balance is not paid.

Payment plans are subject to a 3% admin fee, which will be factored into the balance.
